Descrição da Função:

Leads and facilitates the organizational unit. Ensures operational efficiency and right focus by connecting business issues and organizations operating procedures. Drives customer satisfaction proactively. Responsible for implementing the strategy for the functional area.  Ensures that the line organization and the various projects work in harmony with each other

Educação:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering or related discipline.

Requisitos:

·         8 years of experience in RF field. Motorola iDEN radio network planning and optimization is preferred

·         Must have real hands on experience as RF NPO Manager and must be good at customer interactions and possess thorough technical understanding

·         Ability to influence changes

·         Strategic thinker

·         Good communication verbal and written

·         Fluent in English
