Descrição da Função:

Acting as a quality advocate the NOC manager will deal with engineers, vendors, technical staff and senior management. Will audit the current procedures and KPIs to make sure they represent the best practices of the market and the quality of Network. Will be responsible to guarantee NOC team is following the procedures and standards and make each NOC division accountable for their responsibilities.

Educação:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering, computer science or information technology and related fields.

Requisitos:

·         Experience working with Network Operations Center and cellular network. Knowledge on iDEN is a plus

·         Works well with management team across the organization

·         Ability to influence changes

·         Strategic thinker

·         Good communication verbal and written

·         Good troubleshooting skills

·         Fluent in English
