Descrição da Função:

Educação:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering or related discipline.

Requisitos:

·         8 years of experience in RF field. Motorola iDEN radio network planning and optimization is preferred

·         Must have real hands on experience as RF NPO Manager and must be good at customer interactions and possess thorough technical understanding

·         Ability to influence changes

·         Strategic thinker

·         Good communication verbal and written

·         Fluent in English

Resumo da Função:

This individual will thoughtfully review performance data from the cellular network and make recommendations and trigger changes that will enhance performance

Responsabilidades:

Network Analysis: Analyzing Wireless Network Performance data, Triggering network configuration changes and making recommendations based on analysis, generating reports based on the analysis, and specifying new report requirements, as needed, that will assist in further improving network performance

Requisitos:

• Must know how to generate report using Excel
• 5 years of wireless network analysis and design experience
• Must understand RF engineering
• Must have the ability to review and analyze RF Performance data
• Must be able to perform analysis using Google Earth
• Must be mathematically inclined
• Must be highly analytical
• Must be able to adapt and learn quickly
• Experience using RF engineering tools
• Experience using, Visual Basic is a plus
• Experience using MS access is a plus
• Experience or Familiarity with iDEN based networks is a plus

DataBase DB Developer (SP e RJ)

Resumo da Função:

Responsible database and report development and administration for a wireless telecommunications company

Responsabilidades:

Database Report Generation: Design and develop database reports that leverage data acquired from a separate SQL database. Responsibilities will include Ad Hoc report generation, database queries for Access and SQL databases, and implementation of complex formula to better filter and thus leverage the data being used.

Requisitos:

•              3-5 years of experience building Access databases

•              Set-up Access database with Mission utilizing open database connectivity (OBDC)

•              Must have experience writing queries in Access

•              Experience with Macros and VBA

•              Experience writing SQL statements, stored procedures, etc.

•              Experience troubleshooting Excel spreadsheets

•              SQL Reporting Services experience is a plus
