• Integrations and Modifications on GRAN Nodes (Integrações e Modificações em GRAN Nodes);
• Data Load from CDD and Alarm Analysis (Carregamento de dados do CDD e análise de Alarmes);
• Call and Functional Tests (Testes de Chamadas e de funcionalidades);
• Integration Reports Fulfillment (Execução de Relatórios de Integração)

Descrição da vaga:

A Services engineer at career stage assessed provides technical services and support to new and existing customer networks, and applies standard processes to resolve malfunctions, the job holder may conduct limited customized configuration and integration of products as well as some software adaptation within a given framework and in accordance to contract specification.Deliver services within CORE network area, focused on core elements (MSC-S/MGw/HLR), prepare configuration, integration for MSC-S and MGw nodes, active participation in knowledge Sharing, tools (EKB/Ericoll), when applicable, identify add on sales opportunities and address the opportunities to the appropriate function.Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, telecom) OR 1-2 years academic studies combined with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.Good written and spoken English.
